8. Store Policy – No Return / No Exchange
Because our products are premium, fragrance-based and low-margin, and because we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final.
8.1 No Returns / No Exchanges – General Rule
Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Personal dislike of fragrance notes or intensity.
- Price changes, discounts, or promotions after your order.
- Minor variations in packaging design or batch.
Our products – including attars, bakhoor, incense sticks, cones, and perfume oils – are gold-quality, premium and low-margin items. Once they leave our control, we cannot resell them as new due to hygiene, storage, and authenticity concerns. Therefore, we must treat all purchases as final.
8.2 Exceptions – Damaged, Leaking or Wrong Product
We will consider a replacement or partial resolution only in the following cases:
- You received a physically damaged product or severely leaking bottle on delivery.
- You received the wrong item (different product than what appears on your invoice).
- Items are missing from the parcel compared to your order invoice.
In such cases, you must:
- Inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the shipping label, outer box, inner contents, and product condition.
- Keep all original packaging (box, bottles, wrappers) untouched until we complete our review.
Once we verify the issue, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Send a replacement of the same product, or
- Issue a store credit / partial compensation, or
- Offer another mutually agreed solution.
8.3 Conditions Where Replacement Is Not Possible
- Product is used, opened, or partially consumed.
- Fragrance has been tested and then disliked personally.
- No unboxing video / photos are provided for damage claims.
- Complaint is raised after the allowed time window.
- Products purchased during clearance or special “no exchange” promotional offers.
8.4 Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to the nature of our operations and low-margin pricing.
To request a cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately via WhatsApp / phone with your order number. If approved, any prepaid amount (after applicable payment gateway charges) may be refunded or converted to store credit, at our discretion.
